Mostly an issue of expense. The government already spends too much money, and too many of our National Guard troops were sent to wars overseas.Can you explain to me why border security wasn't such a big issue during Bush's presidency, when he did even less to secure our borders than Obama?

Because at some crucial point he will want to give amnesty to illegals hoping that once he does he and the rest of the Dems will get their votes. Politicians care more about getting re-elected than doing what's right for our country.Answer #5:
Why is the fact that George Bush didn't do enough on immigration an excuse for Obama being such a worthless excuse for a president? He is horrible people. Just admit it. It is no longer relevant what GW Bush did or did not do. This is now Obama's responsibility, and the killings and violence have increased. Someone finally did something about it, and he took it upon himself to fight them. He is ridiculous.Answer #6:
