Simply copy and paste large folders to the other drive or use a partition software to join the 2 partitions.

Like George said move the large folders/files to the other drive and you will have more space available, also try checking if there is any files that you don't need, there has to be inleast a few, good luck!

There are several things you can do.
But first Control Panel > Uninstall Programs.
A dialog window appears, check them to see if some can be deleted, if so, highlight it and click Remove, Uninstall or Delete (depends on your Windows version), on the top of the window.

Empty the Recycle Bin.

Do some maintenance on the HDD (Hard Disk Drive), with FREE programs from CNET.com or FileHippo.

Defragment the HDD.

You can now, Drag and Drop, or Copy and Paste large folders to drive D. (keep an eye out for space).

Since you like music and games, what ya gonna do when both C and D are full and ya don't wanna dump any?
