Sounds like what happened to my friend Barbara.She was going to her brother and sister in laws house for dinner about three miles away.Stopping for a truck backing out onto the road in a commercial area, a drunken Mexican never slowed down and smashed into the back of her car.She ended up in back surgery, a lumbar laminectomy.Had to move in with her mother,who had to wait on her hand and foot, emptying her bedpan.She has never been the same physically,pain, crippled.Of course the Mexican ran away from the scene,leaving behind his two friends and legitimate citizens to deal with the carnage.Footnote:Barbara said she doesn't care if every Mexican gets thrown down a volcano.Answer #3:

I work in insurance.I would like to know why Jamine did not have GAP insurance on her vehicle placed by the dealer or written by her own insurance agent. Most likely to "save" money. It fairly cheap, but hey, it's money.
I have done several claims in the last 2 months on accidents caused by the other driver. One put a client in the hospital with a dislocated shoulder and 2 broken ribs. The guy that hit them was a 24 yrold college student, white.
The second lady was sitting at a red light when a car from behind did not slow down and rammed her in the back. She is out of work for a month and wearing a back brace due to a bulging disk in her back and pulled muscles. The person was a 45 yr old black woman.
The third was a grandmother with her teenage granddaughter turning left onto a local street when she was Tboned by an oncoming driver who failed to stop at a light. She has a broken arm and the granddaughter as some bruises and a bump on the head. The guy that struck them was a white male about 50 yrs old man, suspended license, no insurance, driving a family members vehicle going to work at about 7:30 am.
That was just my office and my clients.
There are thousands of American citizens at the moment driving with no insurance. There are thousands of American citizens driving with no license. There are thousands of American citizens driving while license suspended. So your point is?

Here is the major problem activists indicate You're going to go by what ONE victim says? LOL..The activists are LOL so what they are racking up thousands of dollars in medical bills.You kind get the idea activists do not believe illegals should be held liable to pay any medical bills.At the same time if an American hit an illegal the actvists would not be laughing and instead be demanding the legal citizen pay all medical bills, pay for pain and suffering and future medical bills. All those actvists saying an America did the same thing. Lets be clear two wrongs do not make a right.
